1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Industrial Robotics Hub (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy & Cookies policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an independent reference that compiles factual specifications of industrial robots from publicly available manufacturer datasheets, and provides comparison features and free planning tools. We do not sell robots and are not affiliated with any manufacturer.
3. No warranty; accuracy
The Site and all content, specifications, comparisons and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep specifications accurate, manufacturers change their products and datasheets contain errors. Always verify any figure against the manufacturer's current official datasheet before relying on it.
4. Tools are estimates, not professional advice
Our calculators and planners (including the ROI/TCO calculator, the cobot-vs-industrial picker and the factory layout planner) produce rough estimates for early-stage planning only. They are not engineering, safety, financial or legal advice and are not a substitute for a qualified system integrator's design, a formal risk assessment, or a manufacturer quotation. Do not make purchasing, safety or installation decisions based on the Site alone.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industrial Robotics Hub and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, its data or its tools, including any loss of data, profits, business or goodwill.
6. Your data & saved layouts
Layouts, inputs and choices you create in our tools (for example in the factory layout planner) are stored only in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. We do not back them up. We are not responsible for any loss of that data for any reason — including if you clear your browser, use a different device or browser, lose your device, or if a share link stops working. Keep your own copy (export the image/CSV or copy the share link) if a layout matters to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's original content, structure, design and database compilation are owned by us. Brand names, model names, trademarks, logos, product images and datasheets belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only (see our takedown page). You may link to and reference our pages, but you may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish substantial parts of our database, or use automated systems to extract our content, without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probe its security, submit unlawful content through forms, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to manufacturer pages, datasheets, forums and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of those external sites.
10. Sponsored content
Where any content is sponsored or commercial in nature, it will be clearly labelled. Editorial specifications and comparisons are not paid placements.
